To forward calls to a Ring.io company number to an external number, follow the steps below.
1.) Log in to the Ring.io Admin Portal.
2.) Click 'Manage Phones and Routing' in the Ring.io dashboard.
3.) Select the company phone number.
4.) Under 'Routing', configure the Action as 'Transfer to'.
5.) Select 'External Number' and enter in the forwarding number as the transfer to destination. The ring time default value is 10 seconds.
6.) Click 'Save Changes'
