How can I configure the routing for calls back to RingLocal numbers?
1.) Log in to the Ring.io Admin Portal.
2.) Click the 'Productivity Features' tab
3.) Navigate to 'RingLocal'
4.) Configure calls back to the RingLocal number, to be routed back to the following: Last user who called the contact, user or department.
5.) Additional routing can be configured if the user is not available, user no longer exists and if anyone else calls (a number that was not dialed using RingLocal).
