Ring.io offer the ability to filter calls by the following methods:
Direction = Inbound or Outbound
Outcome = Talked, transferred, missed, call back, voicemail
Type = Personal, team call, SMS
Department = This will display all departments configured in the Ring.io admin portal
User = This will display all users in the Ring.io admin portal
Phone number = This will display all company phone number
Disposition = This will display all dispositions configured in the Ring.io admin portal
Duration = <1 min, 1-2 min, 2+ min
Contact = Search by phone, contact name or company
1.) To view recent call history through the Ring.io Web Phone, click the 'Clock' icon at the bottom of the Ring.io Web Phone.
2.) A browser window will open displaying recent call history.
