Follow the steps below to assign a CRM user in Ring.io.
1.) Log in to the Ring.io Admin Portal.
2.) Click the ‘Users’ tab on the menu bar.
3.) Select a user
4.) Under 'CRM User', click the drop down and select the CRM user that needs to be assigned to the Ring.io account.
5.) Click 'Save Changes' to apply changes to the user.
