Dispositions are a field that allows a user to classify the primary outcome of a phone call based on their experience or outcomes during the call. To configure dispositions in the Ring.io admin portal, follow the steps below.
1.) Log in to the Ring.io Admin Portal.
2.) Click 'IVR & Data Collection'
3.) Click 'Dispositions'
4.) Configure the Dispositions based on your needs.
