To configure call queueing log in to the Ring.io Admin Portal.
Call Queueing is an advanced feature that can be enabled for departments is ACD (Automatic Call Distributor) or Call Queueing. When there are more callers than available users for a department with queueing enabled, we will put callers on hold and route them to users in the order that they were received.
1.) Click the Departments tab
2.) Check the 'Queue Calls for this Department' box to enabled call queueing.
3.) Select the options based on your organization's needs.
