Ring.io offers the ability to 'Click to call on all websites' or 'Only allow click to call inside of CRM'. By default 'Click to call on all websites' is selected. This setting can be changed in the Ring.io Admin Portal.
1.) Click 'Other Settings'
If 'Click to call on all websites' is selected, user(s) can click to call numbers outside of the CRM (eg. emails and websites).
If 'Only allow click to call inside of CRM' is selected, user(s) can only place calls from within the CRM.
Click the 'Save' button to save the changes.
