This guide will show you how to listen and download voicemail(s) in Ring.io Web Phone and the Ring.io Admin Portal.
1.) To listen or download a voicemail from the Ring.io Web Phone, click the Clock icon at the bottom of the Ring.io Web Phone.
2.) A browser window will open showing the recent call history with Ring.io. Click the voicemail icon to listen or download the voicemail.
To listen or download a voicemail from the Ring.io Admin Portal, follow the steps below!
1.) Log into the Ring.io Administrator Panel.
2.) Click the 'Reporting & Analytics' tab.
3.) Select the user or department.
5.) A report will generate with your call history. You can create reports using the pre-defined options. Below is an example of what a call history report looks like.
Tip: You can export the call history report to a .csv file!
6.) To access or download a voicemail, click the voicemail icon.
