Caller ID, also known as CNAM, is a feature that isn't configurable from within the Ring.io admin panel, but it is supported with our underlying carrier which hosts your phone number with Ring.io. A CNAM is a 15-character name that may display when you call other numbers from that number. By default, the Ring.io number is set to use the number as the caller ID.
The Caller ID name is limited to 15 characters (a space is a character).
