Call Recording is a feature that allows users to record phone calls to their company and personal numbers. This ability is very useful for quality assurance, compliance and training purposes.
Call Recording Disclosure: You are responsible for ensuring that your users comply with all applicable call recording laws.
To enable and configure call recording, follow the steps below.
1.) Log in to the Ring.io Administrator Panel using your email address and password.
2.) Click 'Productivity Features'
3.) Click 'Add Call Recording to my account'
4.) Select the options to record incoming, personal and outgoing calls, click 'Save' when done.
NOTE: At your discretion, the system may automatically disclose that a call is being recorded, or you may disable automatic disclosure and train your users to disclose that the call is being recorded as part of the conversation, whenever appropriate. If you do not want a call recording warning to play, uncheck the 'Do not play any call recording warnings' box.
Disabling Call Recording
1.) To disable call recording, click 'Remove Call Recording from my account'
2.) Click 'I agree' to disable call recording from your account
