This guide will show you how to view your call history from the Ring.io Web Phone and the Ring.io Admin Portal. Users can view the following metrics in the Ring.io reporting.
NOTE: Only Ring.io administrators will have access to the Ring.io Admin Portal.
1.) To view recent call history through the Ring.io Web Phone, click the 'Clock' icon at the bottom of the Ring.io Web Phone.
2.) A browser window will open showing the recent call history with Ring.io
To view a detailed call history report, follow the steps below.
1.) Log into the Ring.io Administrator Panel.
2.) Click the 'Reporting & Analytics' tab.
3.) Select the user or department you need to view the call history for.
5.) A report will generate with your call history. You can create reports using the pre-defined options. Below is an example of what a call history report looks like.
Tip: You can export the call history report to a .csv file.
6.) To access or download call recordings, click the Red 'Record' button
