This guide will walk a user through configuring a headset and audio settings with the Ring.io Web Phone
NOTE: The Ring.io Web Phone will pull settings from your computer's system settings. Your system settings must detect your audio and microphone settings in order for the device to be properly configured in the Ring.io Web phone.
Ring.io recommends using a USB headset with the Web Phone.
Configuring your audio and microphone settings in Windows
1.) In Windows, click the Windows tile icon on the lower left corner of the screen, type 'Sound Settings' into the search field.
2.) Select your Output device on your computer. Each computer will have its own settings, the below screenshot is only an example.
3.) Select the Input device on your computer. Each computer will have its own settings, the below screenshot is only an example.

Configuring a headset in the Ring.io Web Phone
1.) Sign into the Ring.io Web Phone and click the 'Speaker' Icon.
2.) Configure the Audio settings based on your requirements. (Note: The Ring.io will use the default system settings). Click 'Make a test call' to test the audio settings.
