Adding new user(s)
You can add up to 3 different "Receive Calls At" endpoints. It's best practice to add a cell phone or other backup number for a user, and then, upon save, Ring.io will create a Web Phone endpoint that will allow the user to take calls with a headset with the Ring.io Web Phone Chrome extension.
Routing can either be Call Blast, which will dial all the end points at the same time, or Escalating, that will dial the top device first and then the next one if you do not answer the call on the first device and so on. To add devices just click on the "+" button. You can have a maximum of 3.
1.) Click the ‘Users’ tab on the menu bar.
2.) Click ‘Add New User’
3.) Complete the required fields listed below and select the appropriate endpoints for the user(s).
*First Name
*Last Name
*Email
4.) Click ‘Save Changes’ when complete
Modifying User(s)
1.) Select the user that needs to be modified.
Deleting User(s)
1.) Click on the checkbox next to the user(s) that need to be deleted.
2.) Click the ‘Delete’ Button
3.) You will be prompted to confirm the deletion of the user, click ‘Yes’ or ‘No’
