What's Call Whisper?
Call Whisper allows you to provide coaching to an agent during a call without the prospect or customer being able to hear. This feature is perfect for coaching new agents, and much more.
How do I use Call Whisper?
Head over to the Live Monitor. You can either access it via the Admin Portal by just opening the tab.
Or, from the Web Phone, by simply clicking the “Eye” icon.
Join in on a live call, and talk to the agent by clicking on the Call Whisper icon. The icon turns red when coaching is in progress. You’ll hear a one-time beep when the coaching session starts.
