Voicemail Drop is a great feature that Ring.io offers, which allows for the caller to leave a pre-recorded voicemail for the callee when the call is directed to voicemail. Adding and Recording a Voicemail Drop is easy with the Ring.io Web Phone! This guide will walk you through adding a voicemail drop to the Web Phone.
1.) Open the Ring.io Web Phone. If you do not have the Ring.io Web Phone installed, click the link below.

2.) In the Ring.io Web Phone, click the ‘Gear’ icon on the lower right hand corner.
3.) To create a voicemail drop, click the ‘+’ icon and create a unique name. Do delete a voicemail drop, click the '-' icon.
NOTE: Once a voicemail drop has been deleted, it cannot be restored.
Ring.io tip: Add multiple voicemail drops by clicking the '+' icon.
4.) There are two options for adding a voicemail drop. Use either the ‘Call me’ option or upload an audio file. To upload an audio file, click the ‘Upload’ button and select the audio file you want to use as your voicemail drop. If you would like to record a voicemail drop using the ‘Call me’ method, proceed to step
5.) Click the ‘Call me’ button. You will receive a call from the Ring.io system; accept the call and start recording the voicemail drop. When the recording is complete, end the call.
6.) To preview the voicemail drop, click the ‘Play’ icon.
7.) Place an outbound call using the Ring.io Web Phone. When the call is directed to voicemail, select the voicemail drop to be sent to the callee.
NOTE: Voicemail drops can only be left after a call has been initiated. Callers must wait until the beep before leaving a voicemail drop.
