This article helps you integrate Ring.io with Zoho CRM.

Step 1: Enable Zoho PhoneBridge in your Zoho account
In Zoho CRM under Setup > Channels > Telephony , "Enable PhoneBridge" will be available. Administrator have to click on "Enable PhoneBridge" to enable PhoneBridge for their Organization .
Step 2 : Create your Ring.io account
Step 3: Authorize Ring.io to access your Zoho data
Step 4: Create your Ring.io administrator profile
Step 5: Wait for a few seconds for Ring.io to do its magic.
Step 6: Install the Ring.io Web Phone Chrome extension on your computer
Step 7: You are ready to Rock and Roll.
You will be automatically logged in to the Web Phone. A contact called "Joe Test" will be created. Call Joe to test your new setup.
You already have a Ring.io Account

Step 2: In the Ring.io admin portal, authorize the Ring.io for Zoho integration.
Step 3: Authorize Ring.io to use your Zoho data
Step 4: You are now connected.
