A Salesforce administrator should login to the CRM and go to Setup → Customize → Call Center → • Manage call centers
Click on the Continue button and then Import the file CallCenter_Prod.xml (file attached to this article).
Once that is done the Ringio Call Center Open CTI will be added. Click on "Manage Call Center Users" and then on "Add users"
You can now enter filter criteria to find specific users or just click on the "find" button to search for all users.
Once you find the users that you want just add them to the call center and they will be able to see the Ringio open CTI application.
