Add, edit or remove users

To add/edit/remove a user, the account admin should login here.


First click on the "Add New User" button at the top of the page. In the pop up you must fill out all the information except "Departments", so make sure you have it before you add users.

You can add up to 3 different "Receive Calls At" endpoints. It's best practice to add a cell phone or other backup number for a user, and then, upon save, will create a Web Phone endpoint that will allow the user to take calls with a headset with the Web Phone Chrome extension.

Routing can either be Call Blast, which will dial all the end points at the same time, or Escalating, that will dial the top device first and then the next one if you do not answer the call on the first device and so on. To add devices just click on the "+" button. You can have a maximum of 3.


To edit the information just click on the user and change any field.


Select the check box next to the user(s) to be deleted and click 'Delete' at the bottom of the page.

Now you will be asked if you want to move the contacts to another user and you can move the contacts created by that user to another user or delete them.
