Change your password


If you know your password:

Step 1. Make sure you are signed into the account that you wish to change the password for.

Click on your user account at the top right corner of your Ringio app.

You will see a menu as shown below.  Click on Change password.

 (if you are the Ringio administrator of your company and are passing the admin account to another person, for instance, make sure you click Sign out to log out of your non-admin Ringio account and log into your Ringio admin account.)



Step 2.  Enter your current password and specify your new password in the screen that pops up.



If you forgot your password:

At the Ringio sign in screen, you will see a Forgot password? link.  Click on that link.  You will be directed to the ringio admin page, where you can enter the email address to the account you use to sign into Ringio.  You will receive an email with instructions and a link to set a new password.


To reset users' password, the account admin can login here, select the check box next to the user(s) you want to reset the password for and click 'Reset Password' at the bottom of the page.

New password will be sent to the email address of selected user(s).
