Zoho Two Factor Authentication and

If you have turned on Zoho Two Factor Authentication and are trying to sign up for or sign in to, you will need to generate an Application Specific Password in Zoho.


  1. Log in to Zoho CRM.
  2. Open
  3. In the Zoho Accounts Home page, click Two Factor Authentication.
  4. In the Two Factor Authentication page, click Manage Application Specific Passwords.
  5. In the Application Specific Passwords pop-up, specify these details:
  6. Device or App Name =>
  7. Current Password => Your Zoho password
  8. Click Generate.
  9. You will receive the new application-specific password with spaces.
  10. Please enter that password wherever asks you for your Zoho password
